Lovely Pattern is an online shop offering digital crochet and knitting patterns in PDF format. All products sold on this website are digital downloads only.

3. Products
All products available on Lovely Pattern are digital products (PDF crochet and knitting patterns).
No physical items are shipped.
We do our best to describe each pattern clearly, including difficulty, materials needed, and any important notes. However, small variations in appearance, layout, or formatting may occur.
The photos on the website are for illustrative purposes. The finished items you create may look different depending on your yarn, hook/needle size, tension, and skill level.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website at the time of purchase (typically EUR or another specified currency).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price you pay will always be the one shown at checkout when you confirm your order.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout, where required.
5. Orders
To place an order on Lovely Pattern, you must:
be at least the legal age of majority in your country, and
provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true and that you have the right to use the payment method selected.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive:
an order confirmation email (if configured by the system), and
access to your digital pattern(s) via download link(s).
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact us at lovelypattern28@gmail.com.
6. Payments
Payments on Lovely Pattern are processed through secure third-party payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal.
When you place an order, you can choose one of the available payment methods at checkout. Payment information is processed directly by the chosen payment provider. Lovely Pattern does not see or store your full credit card number, bank account number, or PayPal password.
If you choose to pay with PayPal:
The payment is processed directly between you and PayPal, under PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy.
We do not create a PayPal account for you on our website and we do not manage your PayPal login.
If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be completed.
7. Digital delivery
All products sold on Lovely Pattern are digital downloads.
After your payment is successfully processed:
You will be redirected (or given access) to a page where you can download your PDF pattern(s), and/or
You may receive an email with your download link(s) (depending on the system configuration).
It is your responsibility to download and safely store the files you purchase. We recommend backing up your files on your own devices or cloud storage.

8. No physical shipping
Because all products are digital, there is no shipping of physical goods.
You will not receive any paper patterns, yarn, hooks, needles, or finished items by post. Delivery is entirely online through digital downloads.
9. Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download has started.
Digital patterns cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Choosing the wrong pattern by mistake
Not understanding how to use a PDF file
Not liking the pattern after purchase
However, in certain limited situations, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion, for example:
the file is corrupted, unreadable, or incomplete, and we are unable to provide you with a working version;
you have been accidentally charged twice for the same product;
you accidentally purchased the exact same pattern twice in a short period of time.

10. License and intellectual property
All patterns, images, text, and other content available on Lovely Pattern are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a pattern:
You are buying a license to use the pattern for your personal use and to create handmade items based on that pattern.
You do not acquire ownership of the pattern itself or the right to redistribute it.
You are not allowed to:
share, resell, or redistribute the PDF pattern file, in whole or in part, in any format;
upload the pattern to file-sharing websites or groups;
claim the pattern as your own design;
use Lovely Pattern photos or images to promote your own products without permission.
You are allowed to sell the finished items you make from our patterns in small quantities (for example, in your own shop or at local markets), as long as you:
handcraft the items yourself (no mass production), and
whenever possible, credit the pattern with a note such as: “Pattern by Lovely Pattern”.
If you are unsure about what is allowed, please contact us before using the pattern in any commercial context.

By using this website and purchasing patterns, you agree to:
provide accurate information at checkout;
not use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
not attempt to break, hack, or disrupt the website or its services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software to open PDF files and for securing your own devices against malware.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Lovely Pattern is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website, patterns, or services.
We do not guarantee that our patterns will be error-free or suitable for every yarn, gauge, or project variation.
