Lovely Pattern sells digital products only: crochet and knitting patterns in PDF format, available as instant downloads.
No physical items are shipped.
2. No returns for digital downloads
Because our products are digital files, once the download has started, the order is considered final.
By placing an order and accessing the download, you agree that:

the download starts immediately after payment, and
-
you waive your right of withdrawal (where applicable under local or EU law).
In practice, digital pattern downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please make sure you have selected the correct pattern(s) before completing your purchase.
3. When a refund may be possible
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or store credit in the following situations:

The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or incomplete, and we are unable to provide you with a working version.

You have been charged twice for the same order.

You accidentally purchased the exact same pattern twice within a short period of time.

4. Processing time for refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase (for example, via Stripe / card).

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you do not see the refund after a few business days:

5. Sale and discounted items
Unless there is a technical error on our side, sale or discounted items follow the same rules:
Once a PDF pattern has been downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund.
